If a high-risk asset is fixed in your transaction, and the total percentage of risk in your transaction is equal to or more than 15%, then we will be forced to refuse your exchange and issue a refund. Please note that the process of returning high-risk assets can take a significant amount of time, however, we do not charge any additional commission, except for the network commission for sending.
