  How do I lock in the rate and for how long is it fixed?

  The rate is locked for 30 minutes at the moment your order is created. If you send crypto immediately, the rate set at the time of sending remains locked for you.

  Can I choose banknotes of a specific denomination?

  Yes, you can. This option is paid, and its price is arranged separately with the support manager handling your order.

  How long does it take to complete a transaction?

  If the transaction is conducted with USDT, both buying and selling takes an average of 5–10 minutes. For BTC and ETH, the transaction time is approximately half an hour, as the required number of transaction confirmations must be awaited. The average transaction time is 15 minutes.

  Can I send a courier with my funds?
