The exchange rate in the order is locked for 30 minutes! If your transaction appeared on the network after this period, please re-create the order. There are no additional fees when receiving cash at the office. For your convenience, you can order cash delivery to any address. This is a paid service; you can find out its cost from the operator.
We check all incoming transactions with the AML Bot! If a high-risk asset is detected in your transaction and the overall risk percentage equals or exceeds 15%, we will be forced to deny the exchange and process a refund. Please note that the process of returning high-risk assets may take a significant amount of time; however, we do not charge any additional fees beyond the network fee for sending.
